We are always looking for talent to join our team. Our philosophy when it comes to sourcing additions to our team is simple: we hire based on attitude, not experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Almost all of our consultants had no prior experience within recruitment before joining ROC Executive. Previously specialising in B2B sales, they all came to their new roles with a completely open mind<\/strong> and were ready and willing to absorb all of our training. We’re very proud to have built great recruiters out of people who had previously never encountered the space.<\/p>\n

Attitude and ethics are the two most important pillars of our culture<\/strong>. We look for dynamic, energised, highly ambitious and highly motivated professionals who clearly desire taking their careers to their maximum potential.
