Particular to the B2B space, sales representatives need to be able to communicate a lot of information about their product in a short amount of time, making video-recordings and interactive demos particularly important to a wide range of organisations.\n<h2>\n\t\tA closer look at B2C sales\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/gx\/en\/industries\/consumer-markets\/consumer-insights-survey-feb-2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">February 2023 Global Consumer Insights Pulse Survey<\/a> showed that 50% of respondents were either extremely or very concerned about their personal financial situation, and 96% intended to adopt cost-saving behaviour over the following six months.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAustralian retailers <a href=\"https:\/\/kpmg.com\/au\/en\/home\/insights\/2023\/02\/australian-retail-outlook-2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">echo these concerns<\/a>, saying that consumer confidence is the biggest challenge they face in 2023, followed by staffing issues and global economic factors.
