Yes absolutely, we have a duty to gain feedback from employer’s post candidate interviews and then pass that feedback onto candidates no matter what the result is.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
No, we abide by a strict code of conduct internally and at no point will we ever submit a candidates resume to a potential employer without that candidate’s knowledge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
We operate under confidentiality agreements with employers, so we can only disclose the name and identity of the employer once we have identified that the candidate meets the criteria required for the position, and once the candidate has confirmed they are interested in the position based on the information they have about the position.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
Yes, we absolutely remain in communication with all candidates after we have placed them in a new position. We want to ensure a smooth onboarding process as much as possible and so we are available for a candidate to contact us for any assistance as they settle in with their new employer.<\/p>\n
