We are always looking for talent to join our team. Our philosophy when it comes to sourcing additions to our team is simple: we hire based on attitude, not experience.

Almost all of our consultants had no prior experience within recruitment before joining ROC Executive. Previously specialising in B2B sales, they all came to their new roles with a completely open mind and were ready and willing to absorb all of our training. We’re very proud to have built great recruiters out of people who had previously never encountered the space.

Attitude and ethics are the two most important pillars of our culture. We look for dynamic, energised, highly ambitious and highly motivated professionals who clearly desire taking their careers to their maximum potential. Work should be fun, challenging, enjoyable and fulfilling. These are all elements that are maintained within our office environment.
