We are a permanent recruitment focussed agency and therefore the large majority of positions we recruit are permanent full time roles. Occasionally we are asked to assist employers with contract, or part time positions, however we are not a labour hire company and therefore do not place any temporary staff.

Absolutely not, not only would it be extremely unethical, but it is also against the law for a recruitment agency to seek money or any compensation from job seekers. We treat all candidates like they are our clients, however we do not charge any money for any services provided to candidates in the process of assisting you seek employment.

Yes, we will provide as much advice and guidance as possible to help candidates put together the best possible CV and cover letter to assist in securing an interview.

Yes absolutely, we have a duty to gain feedback from employer’s post candidate interviews and then pass that feedback onto candidates no matter what the result is. 

No, we abide by a strict code of conduct internally and at no point will we ever submit a candidates resume to a potential employer without that candidate’s knowledge.

We operate under confidentiality agreements with employers, so we can only disclose the name and identity of the employer once we have identified that the candidate meets the criteria required for the position, and once the candidate has confirmed they are interested in the position based on the information they have about the position.

Yes, we absolutely remain in communication with all candidates after we have placed them in a new position. We want to ensure a smooth onboarding process as much as possible and so we are available for a candidate to contact us for any assistance as they settle in with their new employer.
