Once you receive all applicable candidates, we can then coordinate and facilitate each interview process. We organise times and venues, candidate preparation, and time frame expectations. We will contact you and the candidate for a post-interview follow up, and you can gain full access to our interview notes and findings for relevant candidates. ROC Accounting will then provide complete reference checking as directed, as well as salary negotiations.
